		<description>Good luck at the conference.... But I have to express a certain disappointment at the number of women on the speaking roster -- only 3 out of 60. That's a huge gender imbalance that doesn't reflect the Web 2.0 I know, which has many interesting, articulate women doing all sorts of exciting things.</description>
