		<description>Geoff and Brian, congrats on the book. Can't wait for the party. It will be interesting to see how the corporate world responds to the book. I think the hardest issue for companies grappling with social media is the notion that they can no longer "control" their messages. And in an era of ever more regulatory compliance, a la SOX, it's easy to understand why that's so difficult. I think we can still talk about "shaping" messages, and after all, did companies ever truly control messages? Perhaps in the world of trade journals, but never in the business press.</description>
