Let me applaud your list, along with the courage you show by adding Keen's book to it.  Yeah, it's a rant that goes out of bounds at times, but it's one that everyone -- especially the vocal cheerleaders of Web 2.0 -- should consider a must read.  I plan to require it, along with Cluetrain, of my grad students as they investigate social media next semester at Kent State. I'm hoping they find a "PR practice reality" somewhere between the two.  

As I've said before, I am a blogger marooned between the Cluetrain and the Cult.  I wish more would join me there.</description>
